★★★★★
Glen and colleague provide a faultless carpet cleaning service. I needed a carpet clean on short notice, before moving in to a new house. I also have allergies to certain cleaning products. Glen was flexible and friendly, managing to fit me in - and he went the extra mile to work around my allergies. Top bloke and great result, thanks!

★★★★★
We can only give Glen and his associate the greatest of praise for the cleaning job they did on our floor tile grouting throughout our house. They arrived at the time they had set and were extremely thorough. The grouting was grubby before the job and after completion it looked as if the tiles had just been laid. Communication from quote to completion was excellent - no surprises. They were very careful with our furniture an furnishings. We highly recommend this business.

Have had my carpets done a few times by Heron Tile and Carpet Care, fabulous each time! My rental has very old and easily stained carpets but each time they can bring them back to life. Will always come back for services with Heron.

Highly recommended Carpet Care Professional's. Glen arrived on time, courteous, respectful and care provided to carpets I thought were beyond recovering. Price and service were as per his website. Exceptional service at a very reasonable price. :) A+++.

Fantastic service, communication and very accommodating around schedules. Everything came up so well (tiles, carpets, rug and furniture) and now smell and look great. (Our 12 year old couch especially.) Highly recommend the friendly team.

I recently had Glen out to clean my cream carpet and lounge. Both had been severely stained due to it being a rental, I was surprised to see he managed to get every stain out.
He was a really nice guy and did an incredible job. I highly recommend him!

We have used Glen three times now to clean our couches and mattress. I absolutely can not fault his professionalism. He was in constant communication before and during the job to make sure we were satisfied and we have been extremely happy with the results every time. I wouldn’t trust any one else to do the job.

Glen from Heron Tile & Carpet Care was outstanding from my first query by email, through to completion of the job.
Glen ensured my estimate was as accurate as possible, and the end result is beyond my expectations. Not only that, but the price was also very reasonable and booking in the job was simple. Wouldn't go anywhere else in the future!
